  • Cancellation Policy

    Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hour will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services or $99, whichever is more. To request a cancellation please contact us through phone or text at 614-738-4986. For cancellations outside our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm) be sure to text or leave a voicemail at 614-738-4986. By scheduling an appointment with us you are agreeing to all terms and policies.

  • Payment Policy

    We accept cash, check and credit card. There will be a 4% charge on all credit card transactions. The bill is due in full at time of service completion.

  • Discount Policy

    Seniors, police, fire, military and veterans will receive a 10% discount! Mention this discount when you request an estimate or schedule a cleaning. Thank you for your service.

  • Work Warranty Exclusions

    Our work warranty requires original documentation with a list of repairs completed and proof of yearly maintenance from other professional and accredited repair companies when not performed by Accurate Chimney.

    All quoted repairs must be completed to maintain our work warranty. If all repairs are not completed the warranty will be voided.

    If any non-professional or unaccredited business works on the chimney or fireplace the work warranty will be voided immediately.

  • Masonry Warranty

    Our masonry work comes with a 10-year warranty that covers any naturally occurring issues or damage. This warranty remains valid even if you sell your home, provided that you maintain proof of yearly maintenance and cleaning by a professional chimney company. It is crucial to retain your final invoice documenting the repairs performed to uphold this warranty; losing this invoice will void the warranty. Additionally, the warranty will be void if any non-professional or unaccredited business works on the chimney or fireplace. All quoted repairs must be completed to maintain coverage, except in cases where the work has been clearly abused or neglected by the owner.

  • Liners and Inserts Warranty

    All liners and inserts installed by us include a 10-year warranty, which remains valid even if you sell your home. To uphold this warranty, it is necessary to provide proof of yearly maintenance and cleaning by a certified chimney company. This warranty covers all natural damage. Please retain a copy of your final invoice or paperwork from repair completion as proof of warranty; failure to do so will void the warranty. The warranty will also be void if any non-professional or unaccredited business works on the chimney or fireplace. All quoted repairs must be completed to maintain the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from owner neglect or abuse.

  • Water Repellent Warranty

    Our water repellent comes with a 5-year warranty that remains valid even if you sell your home. This warranty covers any naturally occurring issues or damage to the work. To maintain eligibility under this warranty, you must provide proof of yearly maintenance and cleaning records from a professional chimney company. It is essential to retain your final invoice or paperwork documenting the completed repairs to uphold this warranty; failure to do so will void it. The warranty will be immediately void if any non-professional or unaccredited business works on the chimney or fireplace. All quoted repairs must be completed to maintain coverage.
